Supercleetus. Nope not a conspiracy theorist by any stretch. I think he has a concepts prototype and some specs to build it. Outside of that how much more does anyone know? I have only seen a mpeg of the imagery. I have tried to get a handle what exactly the innovation is but its not as clear as one would think.

I know Dean is a promoter (which doest bother me per se ) except I think he is doing it in a manner which cheapens the corporate image. The promotion side of Dean (moneyTV)and his association with Alliance is a real thorn. His MTV spots have increased of late and we have learned really nothing new from him...what was the point of going on? In my view he had to calm the sheep as he worked his 11th hour financing deal.

I will admit I expected a much wider drop in PPS. I think thats related to this transaction that closed yesterday and timing may be spread out so as not to scare the fishys. You have to ask yourself why would Dean sell potentially 20M shares for .25 cents when we are expected to vault a minimum of 300% in a matter of hours. Some say a 10 bagger overnight...thats a difference of 45M dollars! Only 2 explanations

1.They are so broke they had to make deal not ...kinda like what happen last PPM
or

2. They know this will take months longer to clear and Dean has grown weary of loaning the corp money.

Not a conspiracy....but I do think he walking a fine line. I wish he would not do any more MTV spots and just release normal PR's like 99% of the rest of the public companies.

I was sure that you bailed out since we haven't heard from you since May 24th around the time when IMGG's share price was bleeding to death. Are you back in? This stock/company needs a couple of things. 1-get FDA approval 2- secure additional financing to allow for manufacturing if a buy out or a merger is not already in the works.

Everything else is just something to read as I pass time
