No, he isn't. The people behind the shell and many of the people who have participated in the scam from Bryant to Wall, to Williams, to Kelly. to Breitinger's husband (of Greed Capital--that says it all) are all career penny stock scammers from the penny stock promotion business.

Truth is that Kelly is just the ditz frontman for the real players in this scam. He probably made the least amount of money out of all of them. He is a pocket puppet for the rest of the crooks.

None of them have ever had a successful deal because they have always made their money from scamming naifs who don't check into their backgrounds.

This should teach newbies to do their DD in the future and to find out who is behind a play before they invest in it.

If you don't want to get monked in the future, don't buy before you independently verify the information you are being fed. Calling the company, or asking the promoter, or just reading a PR is certain death 99% of the time. That is NOT DD.

I hope so too. I have lost my faith in the company and its CEO. He should be fired as he is the main culprit.
