Yeah, I expect Mario will have to answer for that.

Its just weird that the SEC made Mario issue that PR on Feb 2 saying they he dosent have all these things but today the 15c211 was filed saying that he does own positions in those companies.

Stockgoesup- that PR never said that MLON didn't have those holdings, it said that they were withdrawing the claims as to the values of those holdings.

"The Company disclaims and withdraws any prior forecasts the value of the stock positions that it holds in other companies, including, but not limited to, Intellective Communications, Inc., Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc., Wall Street Securities, Inc., Equity Retirement Distributors Canada, Ltd., Western Pacific Minerals, Ltd., and Riverbank Investment Corp."

That's then addressed in "the filing" as he admits that the prices that he had quoted aren't reliable and why. Therefore his claim of assets of 47 gazillion dollars is bullsh*t.

The Company has issued cash and stock for equity securities in several entities which are not reporting companies with the SEC. Reliable financial information on these companies is not readily obtainable. Trading in securities of these companies is highly speculative and is easily subject to market manipulation. According, the trading price is not a reliable indicator of the fair value of these investments.

Stockgoesup-the pr issue was the valuation of those stocks, not whether or not MLON owned them.
