I don't know how to answer your question with certainty but I can tell you that after the "mistake" that was made this morning filling my order I am becoming a believer that the MM's are working to give themselves an advantage on this stock.

microcaps, I'll take a shot at answering your question as to why MYFT isn't soaring. I suspect this isn't the kind of answer you were fishing for. In a word MYFT's problem is Baggage

1. This is the 3rd merger that MYFT has announced since January 2010. The other two have not been mentioned since, despite two PinkSheets.com filings.

3. this si the 7th time, by my count, that Head has talked about giving "Top Priority " to the audit. Once he gave a time line of the end of Q1 2010. Another time of "by May 1". I will say this is the first time he's named an auditor. I felt good enough about that, that I bought back some shares I had sold.

4. The target price of .88 was not explained in any way. The number could have been plucked out of thin air. And Cohen made similar predictions about ANYT before MFW ever came into the picture. For all we know ANYT isn't even in business any more. It's been totally silent on that front for half a year.

All this may help explain why MYFT isn't soaring By no means is MYFT dead in the water, but, IMO, it should come as no surprise that new buyers aren't flooding in. Please Mike. resurrect your credibility.
