I never said there was any mention of a RS and I am not trying to start a rumor so don't read that into my post. Like I said I have been in BIEL(yes that means INvested) for over a year and I hold many 1000's of shares. I have held stocks that are in much better shape than BIEL and have witness first hand more reverse splits than I would like to admit to so I know first hand what that means. I have lost track of the amount of outstanding shares but it was over 1 billion over a year ago and when the share count is that high and the PPS is less than $0.01 any logical investor has to at least consider that a RS is real possibility.
