Where do you guys come up with $15 billion for commons and $8 per wamuq.pk share?

If they're was ever going to be a settlement .. dont you think that they would be secretly buying up the commons over the past year and ate up pretty much a good portion of the float and this thing would be hovering at least 1.50 a share with the float tied up?

MTLQQ.PK which has zero chance of any recovery is still hovering higher than we are here.

Just food for thought.

Also .. is there any chance that wamu will come out of BK and the branches taken over will be returned to wamu branches?

More like $6 a share and 100% of face for preferreds. No haircut at all for preferreds if commons get anything more than about $1 a share IMO.
