I agree....it was a last ditch effort by Schwartzenneger to satisfy his constituents who have had their pockets lined by those factions who would be destroyed by the passage of such a bill.

Prop 19 is going to be signed sealed and delivered IMO. Between the younger voters coming out en masse to add their say, such groups as Legal experts, retired law enforcers and those with deep pockets, ie, the Facebook guy (who recently dropped a bunch of chedda on the cause), I daresay this will be a landslide vote.

Go PROP 19!!!

I agree - it's been too long - I lived there when the first prop 19 failed, I think that was 1972.
