The fact that Schwarzenegger decriminalized possession will cause more people to vote for Prop 19 IMO. If it is going to be punished with just a fine, then you might as well legalize it and tax it. The state of CA is in a bad situation financially, as we all know, and could certainly use the increase in revenue that would be generated by marijuana.
I agree with you that Prop 19 will pass by a landslide victory. CA will not let the country down on this issue. They have been working way too hard to get to this point. GO PROP 19!!!
