While those AGREED to claims by LUCENT/IDCC may not prove infringement of Lucent's cdma2000 Infrastructure product..they may well prove infringement of 3G subscriber units.Existing IDCC 3G licensees are entitled to the use of those Patents..but not those yet unlicensed..who are now subject to infringement litigation from 2 entities..Tantivy as well as IDCC.

mschere, could it be that they wanted to use it during NOK talks? Just guessing.
