Logically, it seems that would be the case.

Of course logic doesn't always pan out in the market as it defies logic many times.

I emailed Jeremy a while back, posted it on the board. He stated we should be happy by the end of summer. Well, The last day of summer for the Northern Hemisphere for the 2010 year is September 21.

So, given that time frames usually get extended a bit in Pennyland, it should be time.
