patience I have, but not indefinite, but I'm thinking , oh well, I don't recall a time yet that events happened bing, bang, boom. does anyone else ???? looking forward and satisfied if everything is final next week, them permits getting signed and something good on financing !!! wish my crystal ball was a wee bit more accurate !!!!!!
