What they should be doing is a buy-back and retiring shares. Dang, at these prices it would go a long way. The R/S tells me that GBOE doesn't have any money and looking to make more by printing shares.

agreed...that R/S announcement killed any chance of volume, uptick, bid, etc.

Agreed 100%. Been through a few R/S's none of which prospered. In my opinion it will kill shareholder confidence even with a merger like Magna.-TB
