Another point to remember is that Chris made a big issue about the number of short sellers with the SEC? Why would he do that if he was a complete SCAM? Why care? Why make waves if he is doing something wrong?
Anyway food for thought. Something more satisfying to ponder than all this whining.
If any of my speculation is correct, there will be a lot of people eating crow. Then wishing they had not gave up so quickly.
You have to admit that these are some good points and a possibility. I may be off base here, but my speculations are as good as anyone elses.

I've played about 10 of these subpennies and have been rewarded twice but lost almost all my investment on the others. I've consolidated everything here as my last move and decided I wasn't going to trade any more after this. Not happy about the blow they took and the no bid, but I have no fear to lose it all until ATNP closes shop or holding it for as long as necessary until their is trading activity again.
We are all forced to play detectives with these pics and can drive ourselves crazy trying to figure out what the motives are for these companies.
