Just my Opinion, but has anyone ever thought about the reason that the merger did not go through and a purchase agreement took place was to protect GOTV.. Think about it, ATNP is being charged by the SEC, Not SCFR.. The big question is why was the purchase a better option than the merger??? They cancel the merger and do a purchase agreement just before the SEC presses charges. Doesn't anyone wonder about that... Maybe Chris has an ACE up his sleve?

It is tough for a penney stock to become a stable company because of MM manipulation and bigger companies trying to keep thier market.. GOTV is bound to hit a few major roadblocks before it can stand on its own. We can't see the politics and strategy going on behind the scenes.

There are several cases in history, and the Tucker cars were a good example, where big companies do everything to destroy small company threats.. I bought this stock the same way I bet in Vegas it either wins or I loose my money. Sucks, but allows me to move on with my life if things don't work out. Some people like to find things to cry over... Just remember "There's no crying in Baseball".

So what I say to all the whiners is "There's no crying in penny stocks".
