Why do you think not until the end of the year? Personally, I think it has already happened, just dont think its ready to be announced yet.
IMO he has every incentive to try and pop the pps as high as he can by the end of the year. If its lower than the grand opening pps, he will have alot of pressure on him. He has to start the momentum now. I agree if the pps starts moving up an annoucement at the end of the year may give a nice bump.
The knock me feather moment may not be in his time frame control. If it has something to do with govt/or strategic partner, than they may be driving that train.
Something is going to happen at the facility involving the giovernment for sure. Dont think he would have packaged it like he did if their wasnt something being prepared for.
If Obama coming or not I couldnt even speculate. Lab does sit right off the airport. Access would be easy. If he were coming CEO would know by now, security would have checked it out long ago.
I do think he named it CBA for a strategic reason.
