brokers can close out shareholder positions at the request of the shareholder with no problem. doesnt require anything special. and the SEC is so not into most penny stock "issues" so I wouldnt think they are even consciously aware of this situation anymore - to them it's a dead revoked issue that will fade away.
Settled with your broker? most people here would settle with their broker for 15cents a share or even a nickel or dime. no crime in that.
2L, we dont know if Megas is totally off this now or not. even Ohbull hasnt shown up here in months.
So now you are saying we might either SETTLE or Megas does some sort of 'payout?'
and i dont know about PNG - it coulda been a bust, 2L. we dont know. Megas coulda failed already for all we know.
his "PR" from Oct 2009 is now ancient history and unfulfilled promises. he has lost most of what was left of his credibility to shareholders. I mean, what has he told us?
he's either failed in PNG or is just too arrogant to talk to us, as he seemed to disapprove of our existence early on.
