Yes the AURIC gold co is 80% owned by Whitney and Whitney who is a wholly owned subsidiary of Itronics. And Yes that should add healthy value to the PPS of ITRO. Maybe folks will now begin to see the value in this company especially when they have additional revenues from Phase 1 Silver refining and Gold N Gro brand fertilizers.

Looks like the good Doc, and Mr, Forkner have been working hard to get things going for ITRO shareholders. Hey Fed. What was it that you were saying about Doc. Whitney, and Bill Forkner? This Looks like some good news to me.

This is the way I understand it,
W&W is 100% owned by ITRO.( wholly-owned subsidiary).Auric is partially(80%?)owned by W&W.(majority owned affiliate,). If Whitney & Whitney will own about 55 percent of the merged company, then, surely, Itro will own about 44%. (55x80%)If it is worth 8M that would be 3.52M value to Itro.
I don't know what the technical difference is between a subsidiary and an affiliate, other than I would imagine an affiliate to be more independent.
Clarification please anyone? Also I don't understand what the exit strategy is. Can that affect W&W's ownership in Auric?
