Does that mean 100% control? all shares?
Also, gotta remember...we are not shareholders of Auric. Auric funding was done privately and there was to be an exit strategy (per a previous PR many moons ago). That's why I don't understand what this means for the ITRO shareholders.
The way I understood the arrangement was for Auric to be like a customer of W&W but 80% owned. The value of Auric would be part of W&W (80%). This would then add value to ITRO even before generating any revenue. That's why I never understood why ITRO's pps never reflected the Auric property. Things that make ya go hmmmmmmmm.
Someone please ask Whit to spell it out for us in another PR. That would be super. Thank you in advance.
