Yes, I think you are correct. (Or increasing an existing position) It looks like it happened Monday also. Monday someone bought about 50,000 shares and today it was over 100,000 shares. Those are probably some institutions that will show up in the updates that people post here. Very good of course, let's hope for many, many more.
