Mr. Martel told Belize something like this:

We are at the final stage in that we now will complete the engineering of the final design through the engineering firm that will be released the later part of this week into next week. The name of the firm will be released in a press release. Contained within the engineering contract is also a defined time line in that we will be in full production of our product within 90 days from initiating the contract.

Last PR stated announcement of engineering firm once contract is in place and that's expected on or before Nov. 10th.
