Have read the failure to comply rule? It has to do with the MM's responsibilities to the quotation service.
EI obviously has complied with their SEC filings or their MM would not be able to quote them on OTCQB. Don't you think?

How many times can the same completely false statement be made?
The facts have been presented in the form of website updates from other companies that the same thing has happened with and they were not downgraded and neither was EI. Links to the OTC Pink Markets daily quoute sheet with the free real time L2's that are only available on the OTCQB and QX markets have been placed on this forum.
But hey who needs facts when it is so much fun just to make up a lot of false statements and toss them at the wall hoping that some of them stick.
