Dividend payout need to be cordinated with FIRNA and set a date where all sharehoilders are recorded.
I don't know how they pull all that info, but it must be something FIRNA will do. They set the date, as I remeber. Been awhile sinc I scored one of these.
My last AFFL sat for 6 mos with restricted. Then 4100% jump in one day.
