The Company is also pleased to announce the proposed dividend payout to current shareholders for a new class of common shares is under review by counsel, and the Company expects to announce the date of shareholder record, the proposed share ratio payments, and attached financing options within the next few days.

Sounds like the official dividend announcement will be made late this week or early next week. IMO, it makes sense to be buying in now before the official announcement.
