Good points.

The large debt is worriesome, but when/if the conversion happens it will be a positive for the pps.

The November convention holds a great deal of promise so I'm at least holding and buying more until then. Conventions are often good for short spikes :).

Gatsby!! The problem of RS doesn't relate to question how bad or good RS for shareholders, it is related to question how to keep SP consistantly to rise. I think every serious company have to support RS with solid news or financial statements to make share-holders be interesting in the company shares.
