why I am in @ 0.0003
Positive points:
- a CEO who is trying to achieve something. There is no doubt about this: trying to secure revenues and most important trying to address the debt issue.
- a CEO who is ready to convert 1/2 of its debt in shares
Negative points:
many are loosing money and could trigger the sell order as soon as they are break-even because for them, this is a POS now.
What I need to figure out:
- Revenue versus charges: can this Company make money ? If yes, the pps will increase whatever MM are doing, whoever is selling...

Open question: why did the shareholders refuse the R/S. I know many are negative about R/S. I do not see this as a bad thing in this case as this will diminish the number of shares without diluting the value.
