You're taking that to an extreme. By no means would I expect him "sitting in a basement creating PRs". But I would expect him to have something to say (an outline of something to say perhaps?) if he acquired or did not acqure the BioH.
About the website.
He HAS a website up. Sub-sub par at best. It's horrible marketing to have a bad website up. Take it down at the very least.
He has information on that website, as well as images, and contact information. you CAN make it PRESENTABLE without having a website up for the world to see that IS absolutely amature.
