OK, I get what you are trying to accomplish, but what will us the share holders benefit from give our shares away and voting for the changing of leadership? Once the company turns around for the better, will we have the opportunity to get our number of shares back or anything at all?

We need to do something. AMNE should be making us all money by now.
If I commit my shares, what happens to them? Getting to vote is a good thing but what happens when all shares are pooled together?

What happens if TM is difficult, will not cooperate and will not turn over the documents you'r asking for?
