And no, I don't think the company themselves sends them out but I think that they are aware of who they are sent to, broker wise, because the TA is doing the share audit at their request to set up the dividend. The company is on a timeline so it makes sense to me that they would be in the "know" to determine any legal action that may need to be taken after the audit as discrepancies are determined.
