Most of my life as a Realtor involved waiting to get paid...sell a custom built home and I'd look at 6 to 10 months to get paid....as long as the buyer kept their job, and the builder stayed in business, and if the credit score requirements didn't change like they have repeatedly as of late.
I can wait.... for me, this is a good sector for the long haul if need be. :)
