My guess would be NO, but that is only based on what looks like my broker converting orders on ----F stocks into $Cdn and routing the orders for execution. I get fills at all kinds of wierd decimal prices and it takes a long time to post them, which I think indicates the orders being routed to the Canadian exchanges for execution. Just my guess, I'd gladly defer to anyone with first hand knowledge on this.

I would guess that there could be order matching here in the US for the pink sheet.

There may be some rules regarding this that would prevent it since you could, for instance, place an order really far from the last bid/ask and get filled if someone sees the order sitting out there. This would be in the absence of any bids/asks from the CAD market.

I think you would be able to trade the pink sheets with other US investors. There would be wide spreads and the volume would be spotty but it is still a legal symbol and if you found an American investor that matched your trade, I think it would execute.

Ordinarily, the trade would be immediately shipped to a Canadian broker but today I think it would go out to the US pinksheet market to see if there are any matches. Bobwins
