Your parent company starts a $100 Subsidiary..... Then sees a run from .02 to $4.65 in a few short days. Market Capitalization for **** sky rocketed from $194,688@.02 to $45,260,505@4.65!

Question - Publicly traded companies are allowed to do this legally? Even if the Subsidiary.... is only valued at $100?
