Can you clean this up a little and maybe link the rule, please? I know you know more about this stuff than I, but it's my understanding that FINRA regulates the brokerage community and its employees...not issuers. Also, for FINRA or anyone else to prohibit an issuer from conducting ANY corporate actions sounds way too broad for me....this would preclude all Pinksheet stocks from issuing shares and doing lots of other things.

ps. Is it true that a Pinky has to file the specifics of a dividend with FINRA? (Ignoring for the moment that your quote above would seem to render this question moot)

pps. I believe you posted earlier that there had to be adequate retained earnings to cover the payment of a dividend (or something like that). Did I understand you correctly and whose reg is that?

This is my one and only post to you...I've read your day by day rants on 8000 EIGH. I've also read Ibox and did some of my personal DD on this stock. And I keep coming back to the same question.

What is in it for you by calling 8000 a scam? I'm not sure what it is but I think there are three sides here. Believers (Did their DD and know what they hold), Folks watching from the sidelines (Non Investors but interested how this plays out) and Non Believers (Those who have multi interests in saving us all from a bad investment or looking for more shares for themselves at lower price, or enjoying speading doubt and causing chaos, etc.).

By Monday October 18th, we will know the truth about the divy and more. As of Today, I'm a Believer and the DD this board has shown to be pretty accurate to me.

You are certinally in the minority with your opinion. I for one own a substantial position of eigh, as do family members, and we have not sold a share. This company is expanding at a rapid pace and I don't understand why you don't see that...unless for some reason you choose not to.

Wow! Really? We bought into this stock because of the shorting not the Dividend. The dividend is just a bonus. You need to try harder than that considering we have the float plus a good amount locked up. Have a nice night. Go EIGH!

Anyone who looks at the buy to sell ratio knows the truth...the truth is what counts
