they won't seem so "silly" by the time the POR comes out. imo, if the company thought or were going to request to save the commons, the pps would be sitting at .50 by now, as word among those close to the company would have probably leaked by now to the street. all imho.
nonetheless, basic math principles tell me that the commons will not be able to be saved here. if it were as simple as the company merging with krusecom and them paying off qsgi's bills, that could be done outside of bk. just dismiss the bk, merge, and pay the bills or start paying on the bills. that wouldn't require bk to continue. in my opinion, bk will continue because they are going to reorganize, with unsecured and krusecom getting considerable equity in the company and the commons getting left out.
