UTA - I have to agree. Love or hate Bronte, his arguments have been strong.

We know there are shady companies in this space. I don't think anyone doubts that. The mission is to find the companies that are legit--because all the companies are being priced as if they were shady, and the ones that aren't are going to triple from here.

I don't see why anyone would rush to put UTA on the clean list right now. The whole ordeal has been a total circus. And now the auditor is resigning. Why? WTF? GKM audits a bunch of chinese companies, and they won't audit UTA? What's really going on here, people?

Gotta call a spade a spade. There is a good chance that something isn't right with this company.

Why would they be incompetent if it turned out they didn't know their auditor had resigned ? I would call it bad timing, but on the other hand it is suspicious and about par for the course in our sector ......

"If they did not know about the auditor resignation when they were having this all important conference call to defend the company's credibility, they are simply incompetent."
