Frankly, the auditor would have to be utterly unprofessional not to call the company and just post a letter. Especially with the knowledge that the company is having a conference call.
I really doubt this scenario.

I would say that UTA mgmt knowing that they are being attacked leaving this huge hole for Bronte to pile on is just completely stupid. If they did not know about the auditor resignation when they were having this all important conference call to defend the company's credibility, they are simply incompetent. If it is the other scenario, Bronte is right, they cant be trusted.

The only way the good companies in the sector(I hope CCME is one) will ever trade at reasonable valuations is for us to call a spade a spade rather than continue to make allowances for crap management.
