Have you also seen new suppliers try and place new products and find that those products did not fare well in the marketplace? There is a reason Lowes, Home Depot, etc... only carry a few selective brands and I am sure that it isn't because nobody else has tried their product there.

These are products that go in very visible places in a person's home. they are either appealing or not appealing and with no retail history to leverage off for these products it is IMPOSSIBLE to say how the market will respond to them. The fact that they can't even make first delivery on time says a lot about the company from a retailers point of view.

Why would working "in the business" make anyone an expert on Expo Holdings and their cabinetry? Maybe a wide mix of jobs like you've had?
