If the CEO's valuation of SDVI is 1/10th of Graffiti, would it be reasonable to say that if he feels the Graffiti IPO is worth $1, that SDVI should be worth $.10 (excluding exchange rates)?

I really wish we knew what they (SDVI and the gang) do and what figures were used to establish the $1 and 1/10th values.

That is what I got out of the CC also... Ken wants Graffiti to pay SDVI royalties and maybe grow SDVI as a holding company. He eventually wants Graffiti to buyout a stronger and larger SDVI for a larger profit to himself. He hasn't taken a check from SDVI since he started it around 8 years ago.

Totally agree and thats just another one of the reasons why I think most of us won't dump also because there is a lot of value in holding this stock. I'm still leaning to convert at the moment but that could change once we get some news describing more details. If I do convert tho, I will be definatly picking up more SDVI shares.
