You have all the acronyms but you have no idea how any of this works. Both your theory and your application are completely off target. Design a cell membrane? What in the world are you talking about?

By the way, it's not just a polymer with ligands stuck to it. It's a self-assembling, stable nanostructure with an outer layer to which ligands are attached. Each completed nanostructure self-assembles to 20nm. How many polymers you run into do that?
