It might be interesting. What will Scottrade,
when Nite may be the biggest shorter,
tell me about their problem?
It is all BS.
Probably all they can say is how they will pay us legitmate shareholders.
After all, they are only speculating how a shorter will proceed, I suppose...I
I just hope the PPs drops to an ultra-low, so I can increase my own share leverage with the least amount of money, which I will receive as a divy. If it is the .10/share as hinted at, all will be cool.
If the company fails to give at least this amount, it would look bad for them, as it supports the naughty posters.
it's all in the company's hands.

Etrade told me last week "it typically takes one to two business days" for the dividend transaction to be posted to my account.

I sent an email to Zecco with a few questions about the dividend. Will post the answer I get.

Schwab said the divi will be paid in cash and that anyone with a short position will have it debited out of their acct.

That's exactly what I got out of the PR after reading it a couple of times. If that's the case, I can understand why there is so much negativity recently regarding EIGH. I mean, the stock moves for months from .01 into the .20s and .30s and hardly a peep. A .10/share dividend is declared and all hell breaks loose. Very interesting. That to me is very telling and probably supports our assumptions that there is a fairly nice short position from both MMs and hedgies. We'll see what happens but I have to tell you, I'm sure looking forward to the Payment Date of Oct 15 even though it will probably take the brokers 3-4 days to credit our accounts.

That's the reason I'll be calling all of them today to have them explain to me how my dividends will be paid if the broker shows a large short position. I would suggest you all do that also. Let's compare notes.
