If I am recalling this correctly. I believe this case is when names and the amount that the bonds purchased were supposed to be disclosed... Either way, they're getting more than twice the amount now in v.6.

Thats cool with me. I am still waiting to see what MLA has to say.

Good questions. Bond holders must not believe the examiner report will improve their position. Hard to see this as positive for commons.
