Yeah, that's about right. 1:1000. Or greater. But you don't always have wind of an upcoming R/S before the PR comes out. And when the PR does come out, there's almost always an immediate sell-off. I know, I've been through them too, and hate them, and don't wish it upon any investor. But, given the current O/S and how this stock is just not moving at all on good news, in fact declining on good news, Matt may consider a R/S after all.

It's a question of what happens AFTER the R/S. I am sure there are examples of a R/S working out very well for the investors. I just don't know of any.
