Rep Smith and others would hang him out to dry on the issue... it is mid-terms and he backs ESCs vote loser controversial... the party doesn't want that distraction so it has been decided to ignore everything imo both ESCs and pending litigation and ASCs proven science. Nothing in the news after the bill passed and nothing leading up to today. It's about votes... politics.
That has nothing to do with BCBS and CBAI and medical necessity. In fact, it is a distraction. That BCBS horse left the gates and is running since Sept 23rd, 2010 must have a commercial contract in place for storage.
