I'm not really sure about NIR shortin claims. I do believe the subject will be looked into in detail in the next 6 months. webber has confirmed to me that all Encompass/ NIR notes contain a no shorting clause. He also said they have no evidence of NIR shorting. As we know, that doesn't mean it didn't happen and if it did it was likely done by a third party associate of NIR not by NIR itself. We'll be hearin more on this in 2011. the dudes on the NIR board here on Ihub are on that trail with a passion.
