lbman- thank you for your due diligence however please tell your broker they need to call the company and confirm this and find out who REALLY IS THE TRANSFER AGENT.

I'm sure they just did a simple check on their computers and they did NOT call either US Microbics or Corporate Stock Transfer Corp to confirm who is fact is the real deal.


By my own due diligence and calling this supposed 'current' transfer agent,,,they personally confirmed to me that they haven't done anything for USMicrobics/BUGS for YEARS.


They USED to be the TA for BUGS but not anymore.
