According to my broker : "Thank you for your message regarding BUGS.

The CUSIP number for BUGS is 902988104. As you requested, the transfer agent for this company is Corporate Stock Transfer, Inc. If you have any additional questions."

I know others have already provided this info but this is all I could find. the next question is who is the registrar. They will be responsible for maintaining the listing of all shareholders.IMO
