The scam remains the same. One new insider replacing another at the helm. And what about this?:

CDEx board members will do what they've always done, collect their 25K/yr salary for allowing CDEx to use their bios and travel to the annual BOD meeting to collect an additional 7K.

Salary details may vary, but the point is made.

OTOH, maybe the newest board member, Osscout, can accidently intercept another letter from BACTEC.

Tells a business man, that Cdex Inc needed funding in order to continue. A deal was struck, and the company moved forward.

The real story is not the loan, silly boy, the real story is........................................drum roll............................................did Mr. Brumfield get paid back at 33%, or did he take stock, and if he took stock, has he sold any of that stock.

Because if none of the above has happened, what say you, does that mean?
