The scam remains the same. One new insider replacing another at the helm. And what about this?:

CDEx board members will do what they've always done, collect their 25K/yr salary for allowing CDEx to use their bios and travel to the annual BOD meeting to collect an additional 7K.

Salary details may vary, but the point is made.

OTOH, maybe the newest board member, Osscout, can accidently intercept another letter from BACTEC.
