p&f, you know the answer yourself:
new contracts announcement(that SKS spoke about at the last CC and presentations), or HP bundling deal, or Gov contract, or revenue increase and reaching for profits, a partnership with a another (TCG) company to provide new innovative service with a clear indication for revenue stream to follow, etc...
I believe we should hear something from WAVE on this front soon enough... BTW, ASER might make a nice contribution to WAVE's revenues too.
WAVE has the goods, but inertia to hold on to an old tech is strong too. Maybe, maybe the the NSA Conference was the tipping point to star the ball rolling.
