Yup...he almost, but in the end did not, screw up the lawsuit put together by Nathan. (except...now Tipton wants to screw everything up by fighting Nathan to screw Nathan out of his agreement.)

Remember this was "settled" in April, it's been 6 months screwing with Nathan. Is there no end to the "Management that Barnett is providing for the shareholders"?
Also remember that Zimmerman, another previous lawyer not paid by Barnett, has a pending petition in intervention. A simply great job by all since Nathan did all of the work initially.
