Does anybody know the status of the Houser v. Barnett/Jones case? This is the case where Barnett first sued Houser for defamation. Then it was determined that it was Barnett who was lying all along. So Houser sued Barnett and Andrew Jones for malicious prosecution. That case has bounced back and forth between fed and state court and I have lost track. The Dallas county court e-docs system sucks and without a case #, I cannot find it.
I know what the result will be against Barnett, I am curious about how it is going against Andrew Jones, Barnett's accomplice.
